I am a Transformational Coach who specialises in helping busy professionals restore clarity, vitality and fulfilment through bespoke programmes that focus on adopting healthier habits. I provide structured, one-to-one support to help you achieve your goals.  The transformational programme I offer helps you to change habits to improve your overall health and wellbeing.  I work with you to understand the underlying causes of why you are feeling stuck and help remove those obstacles to help you achieve your wellness goals.  This can come in the form for those who struggle with anxiety, stress, health and weight loss especially through lockdown.  It's not about quick fixes, I look for solutions that are sustainable long-term, easy to implement in your lifestyle and work with who you are.  I know each person is unique and therefore needs an effective individual plan tailored to their exact needs.  

My mission is to help people become the best version of themselves by changing their habits to create a healthier lifestyle.

Have you struggled with losing weight? Tried many diets that did not lead to sustained weight loss?  I have.

I understand the weight and frustration of feeling there is more out there without knowing where to turn to first.  I spent years exercising and yo-yo dieting, only to feel deflated and trapped in a vicious circle.  My struggles with my own stress and overcoming anxiety didn't help.

After meeting a coach at a networking event, I embarked on a 12-week body transformation programme and lost 22 pounds, merely from changing my habits. I have continued to lose weight and my relationship with food and my body has never been better - it's been an absolute game changer.  I have now adopted healthier habits for both my mind and body through making time for self care. Due to these amazing results, I felt compelled and inspired to become a life and health coach to help others. My mission is simple: to give my clients the wellness education, tools and resources that they need to feel happy, healthy, purposeful and more inspired in their life.
